Job summary

Responsibilities

• Document current and future state workflows for Business Systems.
• Gather requirements for Mendix-based apps (DigiThread) and translate to functional specs.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), run test scripts, log defects, and validate updates.
• Prepare data and materials for reviews, standups, and stakeholder meetings.
• Create and maintain system docs, user guides, and training materials.
• Support AI-related tasks, document workflows, test internal AI tools, and assist with governance.
• Collaborate to advance productivity, automation, and continuous improvement.
