Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Information Technology Intern - Enterprise Systems to support ERP deployment and related business transformation initiatives in Andover, MA. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information systems, supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
• GPA 3.1 minimum; transcripts may be requested during review
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with operational and inventory data
• Interest in ERP systems, business processes, and enterprise-level digital transformation
• Familiarity with procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing workflows
• Proficiency with Excel and learning new systems quickly
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in crossfunctional environments
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn complex enterprise systems

Responsibilities

• Assist with ERP implementation activities including gathering requirements from various business areas
• Support data cleansing and data preparation tasks
• Assist with data migration prep activities
• Document business processes and workflows
• Perform bolt-on systems analysis and validation
• Support supply chain process mapping and improvement efforts
• Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, operations, and finance teams to understand business needs
• Help track implementation milestones and issues with clear communication
• Analyze operational and inventory data to support decision-making and testing
• Participate in project meetings and capture notes and action items
• Apply knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and manufacturing processes to project tasks
• Demonstrate familiarity with modern ERP systems and emerging AI capabilities
