Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in industrial engineering, supply chain, operations management or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.1; transcripts required.
• Completed at least 1 year of undergraduate studies.
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma tools such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5Y analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or ERP/MRP systems.
• Exposure to MRP concepts, forecasting methods or inventory management.
• Demonstrated leadership through an executive role in a club/organization/athletic team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational tasks related to manufacturing throughput, material readiness, and production coordination.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to improve visibility and support decisionmaking.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics used by Operations leadership.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings to support planning and followup actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement focused on workflow efficiency, process consistency, or data accuracy.
• Support documentation updates, standard work, and operational procedures.
