Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a motivated and innovative Operations Intern for Hudson, NH, starting May/June 2027 through August/September 2027. You will assist with daily operational tasks, collect and analyze data, and build dashboards to support leadership across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program teams.

You will participate in cross‑functional meetings, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure data accuracy and documented processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, operations or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.1; transcripts may be requested during review.
• Completed at least 1 year of undergraduate studies.
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma tools and data visualization software.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily tasks related to manufacturing throughput, material readiness and production coordination.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to improve visibility and support decision‑making.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for Operations leadership.
• Participate in meetings with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Program teams to support planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on workflow efficiency and data accuracy.
• Support documentation updates, standard work, and procedures for alignment across teams.
