Job summary

The role involves coordinating complex business and systems analyses, developing testing and implementation plans, and ensuring compliance with specifications.

The successful candidate will collaborate with administrators, managers and staff to optimize system functionality, maintain data quality standards and support end-user training

Qualifications

• Experience planning, design, troubleshooting and implementation of technology solutions using enterprise systems.
• Ability to develop testing and implementation plans for new systems and upgrades.
• Knowledge of data management, data quality and reporting.
• Familiarity with project management methods, tools and cost/accounting controls.
• Ability to train and support end users; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning for multiple IT projects, define scope and develop detailed plans.
• Utilize scheduling and project management tools, prepare status reports.
• Consult across departments to optimize enterprise solutions and standardize processes.
• Conduct cross-departmental functional analysis, testing and troubleshooting of information systems.
• Develop reports from established databases and ensure data integration across sources.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain data quality and documentation.
• Assist with testing and rollout of programs and security profiles for users.
• Assist with procurement processes and contracts management where needed.
• Analyze upgrades, coordinate installation and testing of software patches.
