Job summary

Central Arizona College is seeking an experienced Information Systems Analyst to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive information systems for the college's business units. You will collaborate with ITS, BU staff, and external vendors to address technical needs and streamline processes.

The role involves testing, data analysis, reporting, and training end-users on the Now Platform and related modules. Strong SQL skills and ITIL familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or professional level certification or demonstrated KSA.
• 3–5 years of related experience in information systems or ERP environments.
• Experience administering a ServiceNow or related instance including roles, permissions, forms, fields, views, workflows, UI pages/actions/policies.
• Strong knowledge of data models, relationships, and database concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data loading, importing, and transforming data (CSV/XML/JSON).
• Experience with Active Directory/LDAP/SSO in an admin capacity.
• ServiceNow certification or equivalent preferred; CA/ITIL foundations beneficial.
• Familiarity with design, coding, testing methodologies and agile development practices.
• Knowledge of workflow editors and flow designers; data integrations across systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain software information systems for business units.
• Lead testing activities for systems implementations, upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with ITS and BU staff on tech support and troubleshooting.
• Develop reports, data extraction processes, and dashboards for decision support.
• Provide training and online resources for end users on BUs software systems.
• Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for BUs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure system accuracy through periodic data audits and vendor coordination.
