Job summary

The State of South Carolina seeks an ERP Systems Analyst to lead enterprise system administration, modernization, and integrations across state agencies and campuses. You will coordinate IT, vendors, and business units to align ERP functionality with institutional goals and data governance.

This role involves ERP selection, data analysis, reports (Power BI), and process redesign, with occasional night/weekend hours and a focus on scalable architecture and long-term optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years ERP experience (Ellucian Colleague preferred).
• Experience with APIs, middleware, SQL, data analysis, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of databases, enterprise data structures, and process improvement.
• Occasional night and/or weekend hours may be required for scheduled events.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP selection, implementation, and deployment activities with cross-functional teams.
• Configure, test, validate, and support data migration and reconciliation.
• Design and maintain ERP integrations with SIS, CRM, and other systems.
• Own ERP platform administration, security, workflows, and modules.
• Drive business process analysis, redesign, and automation opportunities.
• Provide user training, change management, and end-user support.
• Develop reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI and related tools.
