Job summary

State of South Carolina, Department of Administration, is seeking a Project Manager II to lead enterprise technology projects supporting SCEIS. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering initiatives with cross-functional teams, vendors, and sponsors to achieve on-time, on-scope outcomes.

You will manage scope, schedules, risks, and resources and will partner with business and technical teams to enable successful delivery. It is an onsite role in Columbia, SC.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years leading projects, business process improvement, or system implementations.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with objectives, schedules, and performance.
• Document business requirements and maintain governance and transparency.
• Support implementation and adoption of new systems and technologies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and sponsors to deliver on time and within scope.
