Job summary

State of South Carolina's Department of Administration, Division of Enterprise Applications, seeks a Project Manager II to lead delivery of the SCEIS enterprise system. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor projects, manage scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder engagement to achieve outcomes aligned with agency goals.

This onsite role in Columbia, South Carolina, requires strong communication, governance development, and ability to collaborate with business, technical, vendors, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 5+ years leading projects.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver enterprise technology projects for SCEIS.
• Develop project plans, timelines, communication plans, and governance structures.
• Coordinate activities across business, technical, vendor, and leadership stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
