Julius Silvert, a premier specialty food distributor, seeks an F&O Support Analyst to provide frontline and functional support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system. You will partner with finance, warehouse, and operations to troubleshoot issues and guide users through system processes.

Responsibilities include triage of errors, onboarding and training, and collaboration with senior developers during upgrades. This is a 100% onsite role in Philadelphia, PA.

Competenze

• 2+ years of ERP support experience in Finance & Operations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and basic accounting.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Mansioni

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the F&O ERP system.
• Troubleshoot errors, workflow bottlenecks, and data discrepancies.
• Assist onboarding and training of new employees on F&O features.
• Liaise between operations and developers/DBA teams for complex bugs.
• Monitor performance and assist testing during upgrades or new modules.
• Support IT and operations in a dynamic warehouse environment.
