Detroit Institute of Arts is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide administration, technical and functional support for enterprise applications, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will own the operational processing and validation of financial data, including billing, payments, revenue, and expenses, to support accuracy and regulatory compliance.
The role monitors batch jobs, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with IT, developers, and vendors
Competenze
- Supports D365 F&O with focus on financial data processing and compliance.
- Experience configuring and maintaining D365 F&O security roles and workflows.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot incidents and coordinate resolutions.
Mansioni
- Own billing, payments, revenue, and expense data validation in D365 F&O.
- Monitor financial batch jobs and ensure timely, accurate completion.
- Triages technical and functional issues across modules and integrations.
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, and post-deployment stabilization.
- Develop user guides and training materials for system adoption.
