Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, specifically Finance & Operations (Dynamics 365 F&O preferred).
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and basic accounting/finance principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 functional support to end-users utilizing the Finance and Operations ERP system.
• Troubleshoot system errors, workflow bottlenecks, and data discrepancies within inventory, order management, and financial modules.
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees on core F&O system functionality and best practices.
