Julius Silvert in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an F&O Support Analyst to maintain and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across inventory, orders, and financial modules. You will partner with finance, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve issues and guide users through system processes.
The role requires 2+ years of ERP support experience, a solid grasp of supply chain and basic accounting principles, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical staff in
Competenze
- 2+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, specifically Finance & Operations (Dynamics 365 F&O preferred).
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and basic accounting/finance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
Mansioni
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 functional support to end-users utilizing the Finance and Operations ERP system.
- Troubleshoot system errors, workflow bottlenecks, and data discrepancies within inventory, order management, and financial modules.
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees on core F&O system functionality and best practices.
