Job summary

L&M is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance + Operations Support Analyst in Raleigh, NC. You will provide technical and functional support for D365 F+O, working with the business to ensure excellent IT experiences.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with collaboration across partners, vendors, and users. You will train users, document processes, and assist with system improvements, including after-hours maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience supporting Microsoft D365 F+O.
• Extensive knowledge of D365 F+O including financial modules and warehouse mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for D365 F+O and related apps (Power BI, Power Apps, Azure DevOps).
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve D365 F+O system issues (functionality, configuration, integration, performance, security).
• Troubleshoot and resolve module issues, configurations, integrations, and customizations.
• Coordinate with IT, developers, and partners to escalate and resolve complex incidents.
• Support system updates, patches, and releases; test and validate enhancements.
