Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and General Ledger accounting.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using ERP or accounting software.
• Must work onsite in Camarillo, CA.
• Fingerprinting, drug screening, and extensive background check.
• Available to work October–December.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable activity, invoice processing, check runs, and ACH payments.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities.
• Maintain General Ledger records, supporting schedules, and monthly reconciliations.
• Assist with financial reporting, audit preparation, billing, and Accounts Receivable.
• Support other accounting functions as needed.
