Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Serve as the primary local point of contact for D365 F&O support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement requests.
- Partner with business users to understand operational requirements, identify system or process issues, and translate business needs into ERP solutions.
- Support D365 functionality across areas such as sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse/logistics, manufacturing, and finance.
- Troubleshoot functional ERP issues and coordinate with global IT and external resources when additional technical support is required.
- Assist with system configuration, testing, UAT, data migration, integrations, and ERP-related process improvements.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to improve system adoption and effective use of D365.
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve the organization's use of ERP functionality.
- Support ERP integrations and related business applications as needed.
- Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including an international/global IT organization.
- Help reduce reliance on external ERP support by developing strong internal knowledge and ownership of the D365 environment.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Experience supporting, maintaining, or implementing enterprise ERP systems.
- Strong functional understanding of business processes, ideally across several areas such as sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse/logistics, manufacturing, or finance.
- Experience working directly with business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and identify system solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and functional troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, enhancements, or technical requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.
- Manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or supply-chain experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with D365 Supply Chain Management and/or Warehouse Management is a plus.
- Previous Dynamics AX 2009/2012 experience is a plus.
- Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Power Platform/Power Automate, REST APIs/integrations, Azure DevOps, data migration, or X++ concepts is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional ERP experience will be considered.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work onsite in Quakertown, PA. The standard expectation is five days onsite, although a 3-day onsite / 2-day remote schedule may be considered for the right candidate, particularly for candidates commuting from the Philadelphia area.
