Job summary
Insight Global seeks an ERP Specialist to support a manufacturing client in Quakertown, PA. You will serve as the local ERP resource, partnering with the global IT team and external Microsoft Dynamics partners to implement, go-live, and stabilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
Post-implementation you will own ongoing ERP support, process improvements, data validation, and user training for the U.S.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/engineering or related field.
- Experience with ERP systems and translating business needs into system requirements.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to work with users and globals.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Translate business requirements into functional system requirements.
- Test ERP enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes.
- Support UAT and coordinate with local key users.
- Create system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
- Deliver ERP training for new and existing users.
- Support data quality, master data, reporting (Power BI/SQL).
- Act as liaison between US business and global ERP organization.
