Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of core business processes (sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, finance).
• Ability to gather requirements from business users, translate into ERP configurations, and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing administration of D365 F&O.
• Serve as the primary local D365 support resource for issue troubleshooting, data migration, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users to define requirements and translate them into ERP configurations and process improvements.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to drive system adoption.
• Work with global IT and external resources when additional support is required.
