Job summary

Mondo is seeking an F&O Support Analyst onsite in Philadelphia to provide tier 1 and 2 functional support for the Dynamics 365 F&O ERP. You will assist with inventory, order management, and financial modules, troubleshoot issues, and help with onboarding and training during live ERP cutovers.

The role requires hands-on D365 F&O experience, strong supply chain knowledge, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on D365 F&O support in a live production environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and basic accounting/finance principles.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience supporting ERP cutovers or go-live transitions (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 functional support to end-users across inventory, order management, and financial modules within the D365 F&O ERP system.
• Troubleshoot system errors, workflow bottlenecks, and data discrepancies; escalate complex bugs to senior developers or admins.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees on core F&O functionality and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and support testing during upgrades and new module rollouts.
• Act as a liaison between operations staff and technical teams to ensure clear issue communication and timely resolution.
• Perform additional IT and operational duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Title: F&O Support Analyst

Location-Type: Onsite, Philadelphia, PA

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Contract-to-Hire, 2-3 months minimum

Compensation Range: 38-40/hr W2

This role serves as the primary functional and technical support contact for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP environment, helping finance, warehouse, and operations teams resolve issues and maintain smooth distribution workflows during and after a live ERP cutover.

Job Summary

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in a live production environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and basic accounting and finance principles.
• Demonstrated ability to support system administration and organizational setup, not limited to UI navigation.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical warehouse and office staff in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in food, beverage, or specialty distribution environments with ERP experience in similar operations.
• Experience supporting ERP cutovers or go-live transitions.
• Familiarity with X or other D365 F&O development concepts.
• Multi-ERP experience, provided D365 F&O hands-on time is substantial and well-documented.
