Job summary

Ringside Talent is seeking a hands-on Microsoft ERP Admin to own and optimize the ERP environment in Westerville, OH. The role focuses on Dynamics 365/Business Central/GP configurations, security roles, and data integrity to support finance, operations, and supply chain teams onsite.

You will configure workflows, manage updates, build reports with Power BI/SSRS/Excel, and train end users on best practices while identifying opportunities to improve processes and maximize ERP value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering or supporting a Microsoft ERP system (Dynamics 365, Business Central, Dynamics GP, or similar).
• Working knowledge of ERP security, user roles, and workflow configuration.
• Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, or Excel-based reporting).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the company's Microsoft ERP environment (e.g., Dynamics 365, Business Central, or Dynamics GP), including user setup, security roles, and system configuration
• Monitor system health and performance, and troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize disruption
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and other business teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflow improvements
• Manage system updates, patches, and releases, including testing and change management
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries to support business reporting needs
• Support data integrity, data imports/exports, and integrations with other business systems
• Document system configurations, processes, and user procedures
• Train and support end users on ERP functionality and best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and get more value out of the ERP platform
