firstPRO, Inc. is assisting a client in the United States with a direct-hire ERP Analyst who will lead the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) workstream. The role centers on replacing Oracle ERP with D365 F&O and partnering with US business users and the global IT team in Italy.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary local ERP resource, handle requirements, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support, with onsite work in Quakertown, PA.

Job description

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) ERP Analyst to join our client's growing U.S. organization. This is a newly created, direct-hire position supporting the company's transition from its legacy Oracle ERP environment to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

The organization's global IT team in Italy is currently leading and supporting the D365 implementation, with team members regularly traveling to the U.S. As the implementation progresses, this individual will become the primary local ERP resource, partnering closely with U.S. business users and the global IT organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of ERP systems, business processes, and end-user support and wants to take long-term ownership of a D365 F&O environment.

Location: Quakertown, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours

Onsite: Primarily onsite in Quakertown, with potential hybrid flexibility

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary U.S.-based resource for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Support the ongoing D365 F&O implementation and transition from the legacy Oracle environment.
• Provide post-implementation application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Partner directly with business users to understand workflows, challenges, and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions and process improvements.
• Support D365 functionality across areas such as sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse/logistics, manufacturing, and finance.
• Troubleshoot functional and system issues and coordinate with the global IT team when additional technical support is required.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing guidance to help drive adoption of D365.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, system functionality, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the liaison between U.S. business stakeholders and the global IT organization in Italy.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Experience supporting, maintaining, or implementing ERP systems.
• Strong functional understanding of business processes within multiple areas such as: Sales and order management, Purchasing / procurement, Inventory management, Warehouse and logistics, Manufacturing, Finance
• Ability to troubleshoot ERP issues and identify practical solutions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with business users at different levels of the organization.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with both U.S.-based stakeholders and an international IT team.
• Willingness to work onsite in Quakertown, PA.
