Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior ERP & Scheduling Specialist to own material planning and signaling across the full value chain—from raw materials to finished goods. You will drive Clear-To-Build, demand alignment, and inventory strategies, ensuring ERP/MRP systems support accurate production signals and compliant traceability across programs.

You will partner with Engineering, Procurement, and Production to optimize schedules, manage work orders, and monitor KPIs like OTD and inventory

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Material Planning or Supply Planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and IMS.
• Lean/Six Sigma in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Clear-To-Build planning from BOMs and demand signals to issue POs and align with schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Program Managers, Procurement, and Production Schedulers to support demand and production timelines.
• Identify material constraints, manage shortages, and optimize inventory (safety stock, min/max).
• Establish KPIs for material availability, schedule attainment, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery (OTD).
• Coordinate material orchestration with Production Scheduler and Warehouse for prestaging, picking, and kitting.
• Own generation and scheduling of manufacturing work orders; adjust priorities based on material availability and capacity.
• Maintain serialized material traceability to meet QMS and defense requirements.
• Own ERP/MRP logic, ensure lead times and master data are accurate.
• Collaborate to improve ERP workflows for better planning.
• Train end-users and troubleshoot MRP issues.
