Job summary

ShipHawk is seeking a WMS Implementation Engineer to onboard customers onto the ShipHawk Warehouse Management System. You will translate operational requirements into software configurations and guide projects from discovery through go-live, collaborating with customers to optimize warehouse processes.

This role combines hands-on WMS deployment, SQL data validation, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience implementing WMS software in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and configuration validation.
• Strong understanding of receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes in warehousing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proven organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle WMS implementations for customers, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Conduct discovery to uncover detailed receiving, picking, packing, and shipping requirements across domestic and international operations.
• Translate operational processes into ShipHawk workflows and configurations.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and integration support.
• Identify gaps or enhancements and collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve them.
• Guide customers through user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live readiness.
• Transition customers seamlessly to the Support team post-implementation.
