Job summary

ShipHawk is seeking a WMS Implementation Engineer to onboard customers onto our Warehouse Management System. You will lead end-to-end implementations, translating warehouse operations into effective software configurations and collaborating with customers to optimize processes.

Most engagements are remote with some on-site support; 2–3 years of WMS experience and strong SQL skills are required to define, configure, and validate data for go-live.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience implementing WMS software in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and configuration validation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle WMS implementations for customers, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Conduct discovery to capture detailed receiving, picking, packing, and shipping requirements.
• Translate business processes into ShipHawk workflows and configurations.
