Empiric in Tampa is seeking a high-energy recruiter to own full 360 ERP recruiting for Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Snowflake talent. You will source, qualify, and place ERP consultants while expanding client relationships across a fast-growing ecosystem.

You will build pipelines, run structured outreach, and manage the end-to-end process from qualification calls to closing placements. A dynamic, metrics-driven environment and ongoing mentorship define our team culture.

Responsabilités

• Own full 360 recruiting for ERP talent (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Snowflake) and win new client business.
• Build pipelines and territory plans using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, events, referrals and outbound campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end process: qualification calls, shortlists, interviews, offers, and closing placements.
• Run a high-activity desk tracked against weekly metrics (calls, interviews, submissions, new roles, new logos).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and leadership on go-to-market campaigns using the ATS/CRM and analytics stack.
