• Associate degree in business or related field preferred.

• Reviews open orders and ensures vendor acknowledgements.
• Data entry of new part registrations.
• Answers all vendor inquiries.
• Communicate with vendors to inquire about lead times of open orders.
• Prepares analysis of accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
