Qualifications

• 2-4 years' work experience in a similar capacity.
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Microsoft AX Dynamics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviews open orders and ensures vendor acknowledgements.
• Data entry of new part registrations.
• Answers all vendor inquiries.
• Communicate via e-mail or phone with vendors to inquire about lead times.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Other duties as assigned
