Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet processing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer parts orders into the ERP system accurately and efficiently.
• Review purchase orders and related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify pricing, part numbers, quantities, delivery dates and terms.
• Coordinate with customers, sales reps, and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Provide order acknowledgments and communicate order status to customers and sales.
• Maintain records in ERP and CRM systems.
• Monitor orders and follow up on information delaying processing.
• Follow Lean principles to improve order processing and reduce waste.
