Zusammenfassung

Airtech International Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service and act as the main contact for internal and external customers. You will enter, review, and manage a high volume of customer purchase orders in the ERP system with accuracy.

The role requires strong ERP experience (Navision/D365 preferred), data entry skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, system-driven environment. Some travel for training may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on ERP experience required.
• Experience entering, reviewing, and managing purchase orders or similar records.
• Experience with Navision/D365 Business Central strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor helpful.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Proven time-management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Typing proficiency 40+ WPM and solid math skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver excellent service to customers with professionalism and accuracy.
• Input a high volume of customer purchase orders into the ERP system accurately.
• Review orders, pricing, availability, lead times, and account details in the ERP.
• Manage order changes, cancellations, credits, and returns through ERP workflows.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and account data in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quotations, Sales, Shipping, and Logistics.
