Job summary

Memphis Shelby County Schools seeks an ERP Program Manager to develop, implement and sustain a comprehensive ERP support team for Oracle Fusion across HR, Finance, and Business Operations. You will collaborate with district business owners and IT to prioritize system needs, manage changes and upgrades, and oversee training and procedures to ensure timely, high-quality service.

A Bachelor’s degree is required with nine years of related experience; strong knowledge of Finance, HR Fixed Assets,

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Computer Science, IT or related field and 9 years total experience.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, HR Fixed Assets, Inventory and Procurement preferred.
• Proof of education, training, and/or experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and sustain a comprehensive ERP support team for Oracle Fusion across HR, Finance, and Business Operations.
• Collaborate with business owners and IT to develop short and long-range Oracle system priorities and support.
• Gather, evaluate, document and prioritize business needs and translate into functional specifications.
• Manage ERP team assignments, design processes, prototyping, testing and defining support procedures.
• Lead ERP changes and upgrades planning, development and scheduling.
• Oversee initiatives aligning ERP functionality with district operations and goals.
• Establish and maintain business relationships and collaborate with District Leadership.
• Ensure timely, high-quality support through coordination with related teams.
