You will work with business owners and IT to define priorities, translate requirements into specifications, and guide end-to-end ERP changes and upgrades.

The role emphasizes coordinating with district leadership, training teams, and ensuring timely, customer-focused ERP solutions that align with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus five years related experience, or a total of nine years in a related field.
• Strong technical background with Finance, HR Fixed Assets, Inventory and Procurement knowledge.
• Proof of education, training, and/or experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and sustains an ERP support team for Oracle Fusion across HR, Finance and Operations.
• Collaborates with business owners and IT to set ERP priorities and support plans.
• Translates business needs into functional specifications and designs.
• Leads ERP changes, upgrades, testing, training and support procedures.
• Manages stakeholder relationships and coordinates with leadership regularly.
• Ensures timely delivery of business requirements to technical support teams.
