Job summary

Houston ISD is seeking an ERP Analyst to assist in configuring and maintaining Oracle Fusion modules and to support end users during the transition. You will document changes and participate in testing and data validation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience with enterprise systems, preferably ERP, and you must pass a criminal background check under Texas law. This is an on-site position at 4400 W 18th St, Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business systems, information technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with enterprise systems, preferably ERP.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and maintaining ERP functionality for assigned modules (e.g., HR, Finance, Procurement).
• Support end users and analysts by troubleshooting issues and responding to help desk tickets.
• Document system changes, workflows, and user instructions to support system transparency and continuity.
• Provide backup support during payroll runs, year-end close, and other high-impact cycles.
• Contribute to data cleanup, validation, and migration activities during the Oracle Fusion transition.
• Collaborate with integration, reporting, and security teams to ensure end-to-end service.
