Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in planning or supply chain.
• 1–4 years in production planning, scheduling, or inventory control.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules for manufacturing operations using ERP/MRP.
• Schedule customer orders based on capacity, lead times, and availability.
• Coordinate production priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels.
• Review forecast, demand, and capacity to set accurate lead times.
• Communicate status with manufacturing, purchasing, CS, quality, and shipping.
• Identify shortages, capacity constraints, and schedule conflicts.
