Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing scheduling within an ERP system, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a working knowledge of ITAR compliance. On-site position with day shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing scheduling within an ERP environment.
• Experience leading SIOP meetings and production planning.
• Familiarity with ITAR/EAR compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production and weekly SIOP meetings to provide data and guidance.
• Develops and maintains production plans for materials planning and SIOP/revenue plans.
• Manage MRP, capacity, lead time, and assembly schedule to meet delivery expectations.
• Identify and communicate risks related to component availability and resource constraints.
• Create and track work orders for upper and lower level assemblies and components.
