TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Sr. Production Planner I to ensure on-time product delivery by proactively managing production schedules, material availability, and MRP-driven demand.

The role requires mentoring junior planners, optimizing ERP and planning logic, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve material flow. Qualified candidates have 5–7 years in production/mfg planning, strong analytical skills, and a technical degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in production planning or manufacturing planning.
• Experience operating as a senior or lead planner in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing schedule risk, material constraints, and system-driven planning logic.
• Four-year technical degree or six years of equivalent work experience; alternative combinations accepted.

Responsibilities

• Plan, release, and manage production orders independently.
• Verify drawings, BOMs, routings, and material availability.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Analyze MRP outputs for material and schedule risks and mitigate shortages.
• Train and coach planners on ERP navigation and MRP logic.
