MiTek is seeking a Master Planner II to optimize planning, scheduling, and availability of internally manufactured components across multiple production facilities. You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement, and Materials teams to ensure material availability and uninterrupted production.

The role emphasizes demand and capacity planning, inventory control, and risk mitigation using SAP S/4HANA MRP, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in production planning, master scheduling, or materials management.
• Experience with SAP and SAP S/4HANA MRP preferred.
• Multi-site manufacturing experience preferred.
• Certifications such as CPIM / ASCM / Lean / Six Sigma preferred.
• Proficiency with Power BI and advanced Excel required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, scheduling, and SIOP/S&OP processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive inventory reduction and working capital improvements.
• Experience developing planning and performance dashboards.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain master production schedules and material plans to support demand and targets.
• Translate forecasts and priorities into executable supply and production plans using SAP S/4HANA MRP.
• Identify shortages and risks; implement mitigation plans to address imbalances.
• Manage inventory using safety stock, reorder points, lead times, and lot sizing.
• Monitor inventory performance and reduce excess or obsolete stock while preserving service levels.
• Optimize MRP parameters and ensure data accuracy with Master Data teams.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and suppliers on lead times and capacity.
• Develop planning dashboards and KPIs (inventory turns, service levels, forecast accuracy).
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
