Job summary

MiTek Industries seeks a Master Planner II to optimize scheduling and availability of internally manufactured components across multiple facilities. You will build master production schedules, manage material plans, and partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement, and Materials teams to maintain material availability and support uninterrupted production.

The role emphasizes SAP S/4HANA MRP planning, data-driven dashboards, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business admin or related field.
• 4+ years in production planning, master scheduling, or materials management.
• CPIM/Lean/Six Sigma or APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP and SAP S/4HANA MRP and planning functions.
• Power BI and advanced Excel or similar analytics tools preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, MRP, capacity planning, and SIOP/S&OP.
• Experience leading inventory reduction and working capital improvements.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules and material plans.
• Translate forecasts and priorities into executable plans using SAP S/4HANA MRP.
• Analyze supply and demand to identify shortages and risks; implement mitigations.
• Manage inventory to meet service levels and financial goals.
• Monitor and optimize MRP parameters and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and suppliers.
• Create planning dashboards and KPIs; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
