Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process-improvement projects.
• Manage technology projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional project plans.
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Support data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes across finance, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and accountability.

The successful candidate will have strong ERP implementation and integration experience, with the ability to manage projects from initial planning through deployment and post-launch support. This position requires close collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can manage competing priorities, resolve project risks, and ensure technology initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with widely used ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or a comparable system.
• Experience supporting ERP integrations with e‑commerce, warehouse management, financial, or supply‑chain platforms.
• Familiarity with data migration, reporting, business intelligence, and system‑integration projects.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster.
• Experience working in retail, e‑commerce, manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project‑management methodologies.
