Job summary

CECO Environmental, based in Addison, TX, seeks a Sr. IT Project Manager to drive Enterprise Business Application transformation projects (ERP/CRM/HCM) with a focus on Microsoft D365 migrations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and cost, and implement change management to deliver business value. You will partner with IT ERP leads, communicate across IT and business stakeholders, develop PMO artifacts, and ensure SOX controls compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in corporate IT.
• Recent experience with D365 ERP Migrations.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance in PM duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise business application transformation projects (ERP/CRM/HCM).
• Drive change management and cross-functional team leadership.
• Develop and maintain PMO artifacts: plans, milestones, tasks, deliverables.
• Ensure governance, risk and compliance, and SOX controls for projects.
