Job summary

CECO Environmental invites an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP migration initiatives from Addison, TX. You will partner with ERP architecture leads to shape scope, timing, and execution, and you will communicate across IT and business teams to ensure successful migrations and project delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, strong D365 F&O and ERP migration experience, and a track record with SOX controls and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years deploying Enterprise Business applications.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in a corporate IT organization.
• Recent experience with D365 ERP migrations.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance in project management.
• Experience building relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to move technical projects forward with minimal oversight.
• Experience using Azure DevOps to manage ERP projects.
• 5-7 years of ERP migrations preferred; D365 F&O required.
• M&A integration project management experience is a plus.
• PMP and Agile certifications are a plus; engineering/industrial experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive ERP migration projects under IT program leadership.
• Partner with ERP system architecture leads to outline timing, scope, and approach.
• Communicate across IT and business with all migration aspects.
• Lead ERP-based migrations and traditional IT projects.
• Create PMO artifacts: deliverables, milestones, tasks, activities.
• Provide leadership to project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Staff and plan project activities and recruit personnel as needed.
• Collaborate with internal/external project managers and SMEs.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for delivery.
• Manage change, training, testing, data migration, cutover.
• Implement project communication plan and weekly status meetings.
• Align with internal audit for documented artifact management.
• Monitor activities for quality and consistency; ensure alignment with objectives.
• Ensure project goals meet business objectives and authority scope.
• Direct and coordinate project schedules to stay on time and budget.
• Follow standards for reporting and documentation.
• Ensure SOX compliance and evidence for audits.
• Foster continuous improvement and collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
