Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field; ERP experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Proven track record in cross-functional decision-making and process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and influencing abilities.
• Effective communication with executives and stakeholders; training material development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage processes for reviewing, tracking, resolving, and escalating data quality issues across data domains.
• Champion centralized data management to improve efficiency and data quality outcomes.
• Lead creation and implementation of global policies to support data quality improvements.
• Identify and deliver training to staff in plants and master data teams.
• Define enterprise data stewardship, data dictionaries, data standards, and monitoring rules.
• Collaborate with Data Management Leaders to align activities with the Global Template.
• Create and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Analyze data quality metrics and trends using Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
• Lead and influence business teams to adopt data management best practices.
