Job summary

Westlake Chemical seeks an ERP Master Data Manager to lead the Master Data Center of Excellence. You will coordinate ERP data quality across SAP and JDE, drive process improvement, and enforce global data standards.

Requirements include 3+ years of ERP data management in manufacturing, strong Excel/Access/PowerPoint skills, and proven cross-functional leadership. You will mentor staff and develop training materials to promote data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Proven cross-functional decision-making and process-improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder-influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage processes to review, track, resolve, and escalate data quality issues across domains.
• Champion centralized data management to drive efficiency and quality.
• Lead the creation and implementation of global data quality policies and procedures.
• Identify, train, and mentor staff to prevent business interruptions.
• Define and operationalize enterprise data stewardship, dictionaries, and standards.
• Collaborate to align data activities with the Global Template.
