The ERP Master Data Manager is a pivotal role within Westlake's Master Data Center of Excellence team. This leader serves as the primary point of contact for Corporate and Global leadership to address and resolve ERP data quality issues across both SAP & JDE platforms. The manager partners closely with other Data Management Leaders and business teams to optimize data management practices, align with the Global Template, and ensure consistent, high-quality data across all domains. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to process improvement, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as normally based in an open office concept. Some of the work may be required in the operating units which can require usage of required PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, etc. May also result in exposure to outside elements and may require usage of stairs and elevators.
