Westlake Chemical Corporation is seeking an ERP Master Data Manager to lead the Master Data Center of Excellence. The role partners with Corporate and Global leadership to resolve ERP data issues across SAP and JDE, driving standardized data quality and governance.

The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional leadership, experience implementing data standards, and a proactive approach to process improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Admin, IS, CS, Data Science or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Proven track record in cross‑functional decision making and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage processes for reviewing, tracking, and resolving data quality issues across data domains.
• Champion centralized data management to drive efficiency and data quality improvements.
• Lead the creation and implementation of global data quality policies and procedures.
