The Enterprise Resource Manager CAPPS HCM (Manager VII) leads the CAPPS HCM IT Oversight Team and provides strategic guidance for ERP/PeopleSoft implementations within HHSC. This onsite role requires Austin-based work and oversight of development, delivery plans, and vendor coordination to ensure system stability and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include managing staff, aligning CAPPS HCM roadmaps with business needs, and facilitating collaboration with stakeholders at all levels to

Competenze

• Ten (10) or more years of ERP/PeopleSoft experience is required.
• Ten (10) or more years of Project Management experience is required.
• Five (5) or more years of contract management experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations for the CAPPS HCM IT Oversight Team and provide clear direction to staff.
• Track legislation impacting CAPPS HCM and ensure vendor implementation of changes.
• Manage data requests and ensure data sources meet customer needs.
• Hire, manage and develop staff with performance evaluations and development plans.
• Perform other duties to support IT operations.
