A technology consulting firm is looking for a PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst in Austin, TX. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting testing, and facilitating meetings on a CAPPS HCM upgrade project. Requires 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM as a Business Analyst and hands-on knowledge of Payroll or Time & Labor. This is an 8-month contract with a possibility of extension, with remote work available within Texas.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft HCM implementation or upgrade projects.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor.
• Ability to conduct formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
• Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for automation and improvements.
• Conduct review meetings and document complex system requirements.
• Perform hands-on testing and support multiple test cycles.
