Job summary

The Health & Human Services Commission seeks an Enterprise Resource Manager for CAPPS HCM in Austin. This onsite role leads the CAPPS HCM IT Oversight Team and shapes the roadmap for Oracle PeopleSoft-based HR/Payroll CAPPS HCM services.

You will manage staff, coordinate with vendors, ensure policy compliance, and oversee data requests, reporting, security, and audits while aligning with agency objectives and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Ten (10), or more years of ERP/PeopleSoft experience.
• Ten (10), or more years of Project Management experience.
• Five (5), or more years of contract management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAPPS HCM IT Oversight Team daily operations and provide direction.
• Coordinate with maintenance/vendor to ensure system stability and policy compliance.
• Manage data requests, reporting, and security controls across CAPPS HCM.
