Job summary

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission in Austin is seeking a Peoplesoft Techno Functional Analyst (Information Technology BA IV) to support CAPPS FIN. You will analyze, modify, and upgrade systems, participate in code reviews, and ensure changes meet business requirements. Strong troubleshooting, coding, and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 years of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 functional experience.
• Degree in computer science or related field preferred; related work experience may substitute.
• On-site role in Austin, open to U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Responsibilities

• Designs, codes, and modifies complex programs; tests data and scripts; provides customer service within HHSC.
• Oversees staff and contractors to modify or implement new systems; identifies and resolves production problems; facilitates approvals for modifications.
• Develops development standards, documentation, and testing standards; maintains documentation and security roles.
• Performs other related tasks as required or assigned.
