You will manage SQL databases, develop BI reports with Power BI and Jet Reports, and explore automation and AI to optimize workflows while coordinating with external vendors and MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP ownership and process optimization for Dynamics 365 BC.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues to maintain daily continuity.
• Evaluate AI and Power Platform to streamline workflows.
• Liaise with external ERP and security vendors and manage contracts.
• Develop reports with SQL, Jet Reports, and Power BI.
• Manage SQL databases, backups, and restorations.
• Administer AL code customizations for ERP.
