Job summary

Capax RM in Chicago, IL seeks a Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across our manufacturing and distribution operations. You will lead upgrades, deployments, and software rollouts, while serving as the bridge between end users and developers for customisations.

You will manage a cross-site super user group, provide end-user training, and support SQL Server maintenance and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in a multi-site environment.
• Strong project management skills for upgrades and deployments.
• Ability to train and support end users across departments.

Responsibilities

• Own Business Central support across the business and manage upgrades and rollouts.
• Lead a cross-department super user group and coordinate with IT leadership.
• Provide end-user training and daily user support across multiple sites.
• Support disaster recovery planning and SQL Server maintenance.
• Structure data and reporting for analytics and dashboards.
