Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP Platforms (on-prem or cloud).
• Experience supporting or administering Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide Tier 2/3 support to end users.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and system security.
• Monitor system performance, batch processing, and integrations.
• Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve business operations through automation and system optimization.
• Support data integrity across customers, vendors, inventory, and financial records.
• Perform light development and customization within Dynamics 365.
• Build or modify workflows, integrations, and automations (Power Platform is a plus).
• Support integration with other business systems and APIs.
• Create, manage, and maintain business reporting solutions through SSRS, Azure Databricks, Synapse Link, SharePoint, and native ERP Reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Support, and Executive Teams to deliver meaningful data and reports to drive business decisions.
• Participate in system change processes, including testing, validation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and ERP support partners as needed.
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end users and internal teams.
